Koala Living Project
Delivered a state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Altona to support Koala Living’s rapid national expansion. The project featured a combination of VNA and Selective pallet racking, providing 18,957 pallet positions and 1,198 metres of wire guidance for precision VNA operations. This project showcases Dexion Victoria’s capability in designing high-density, efficient storage solutions for growing retailers.
Décor Project
Delivered a complete warehouse racking and storage solution featuring 15,700 pallets of Dexion Speedlock selective racking and Longspan shelving. Additional safety enhancements included traffic management, line marking, handrails, and safety gates. The result is an efficient, safe, and high-capacity storage system that supports Decor Australia’s growing operations.
Industrial Make Good Project
Delivered a full office and warehouse refurbishment, transforming the space into a modern and sustainable environment. The project included removal and recycling of the previous fit-out, repainting, new flooring, and dismantling of a large mezzanine floor. The warehouse and office exteriors were repainted in a contemporary colour scheme, and EV chargers were installed to support sustainable operations and future leasing opportunities.
