Lawrence & Hanson engaged National Make Good Solutions (NMGS) to deliver a comprehensive end-of-lease make good and warehouse reinstatement project at their Knoxfield facility in Victoria.
With the lease coming to an end, the objective was to return the 15,878sqm site to a compliant handover condition in accordance with landlord requirements. The project involved extensive demolition, strip-out works, service removals, waste management, and make good reinstatement works, all while coordinating multiple specialist trades within a tight delivery timeframe.
NMGS provided a complete turnkey solution, ensuring the site was restored efficiently and ready for final handover without unnecessary delays or disruption.
