OUR SOLUTION:
De-fitting and re-fitting office and warehouse spaces generally involves a lot of removal (and sometimes demolition) of existing structures, but in one of our recent projects, the client’s wish was to minimise wastage of material.
This particular project involved the conversion of an existing office into a more vibrant and modern space, with a dedicated photography area that included a cyclorama wall.
We’re pleased to report we completed the refurbishing & fit-out project with minimal materials sent to the landfill. All of the internal window and door fittings were reused and most other items (joinery, carpet, tiles etc.) were able to be recycled.
The remainder of the project consisted of the design, approval process and construction, and included modification and installation of fire, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services.
